Each participant must complete the registration form individually.

In case of a leader/follower imbalance within the Lindy Hop tracks (per level), participants of the exceeding role will be placed on a waiting list upon registration.

All participants are required to complete the payment within 10 days of registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Full refund available within 15 days of payment.

• 75% refund available until December 15, 2025, if more than 15 days have passed since payment.

• No refunds will be issued after December 15, 2025.

Each pass is strictly personal and can only be used by the registered participant.

Passes are non-transferable under any circumstances.

Jumpin’ at Istanbul accepts no responsibility for unforeseen events or conditions, including instructor illness or force majeure.

Jumpin’ at Istanbul reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule before or during Jumpin’ at Istanbul 2026.

By registering, participants grant permission to be photographed and filmed during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.
